Passengers prefer e-tickets with Riga views
This design of e-tickets is preferred by 64% of respondents, but 17% prefer e-tickets with children’s drawings.
First e-tickets with children’s drawings are available since the end of November, but those with Riga views are in circulation since January.
5% of respondents approve the logo of e-ticket, but 14% believe that its design does not matter.
More than 4600 visitors of "Rīgas satiksme" website participated in the opinion poll held in December.
It shall be reminded that e-tickets can be bought and reloaded in all trade outlets of "Rīgas satiksme", ticket vending machines, "Latvia Post" offices in Riga, in "Narvesen", "Plus Punkts", "Preses apvienība" shops, booking offices of "Pasažieru vilciens" at Riga railway stations, in e-ticket’s Internet store and other ticket trade outlets.
